About Flancare Park
Flancare Park is a 6,850 all-seated stadium in the townland of Mullolagher, situated about three miles west of Longford on the N5. Nicknamed the 'Flansiro', the ground has already hosted three European games in the 'UEFA Cup'. The ground is one of the biggest in the midlands in terms of capacity, and the biggest Midlands League of Ireland ground. Much of the work on the stadium was made available through FAI and government grants, and was redeveloped in 2001.
Away Fans
Away fans are usually housed in the Uncovered roadside end, although the stand may be used in bad weather. Longford is a community club and away fans are well recieved
